3.
RENT: is $90.00 a night during low season, and $145.00 a night during
high season. A 10% discount for a month or longer stay. Half of the
total amount is due when making the reservation. The balance is due 8
weeks before expected arrival date. If there is a cancellation at least
56 days before the expected arrival date, half of deposit will be
returned.
4.
SECURITY DEPOSIT A deposit in the amount of $100.00 is payable at
the time final payment is made, and will be returned by the owners
within three weeks after lease expiration, less any amount deducted for
damage, or dirty dishes left in sink, or lost keys. $20.00 charge each time Maid
needs to dry, put away or clean dirty dishes.
5.
UTILITIES: The owners will provide water, electricity, and trash
removal. There may also be a telephone for local usage.
6.
RESTRICTIONS: NO PETS and NO CHILDREN.
7.
ACCOMMODATIONS: One king size bed.
8.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: Two.
9.
RENTER(S) assures the OWNERS that all occupants will observe the
conditions and terms of this lease as to maintaining the premises in
good order and appearance.
10.
RENTER(S) and/or their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or
inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral purposes,
nor violate any law or ordinance.
11.
RENTER(S) agrees to indemnify and save OWNERS harmless from any and all
liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance, or harm made, or
suffered on the leased premises by the lessee, tenants, or guests.
12.
RENTER(S) may not let, sublet or assign this lease for all, or any part
of the premises without prior consent of the OWNERS.
