Deposit & Requirements:

• The following are required for your reservation:
  1. 50% of the total cost of your stay is due to finalize a reservation
  2. $100 USD Security Deposit is due at time of booking.

  3. Completion & Receipt of Rental Agreement with deposit

• Security Deposit will be returned 3 weeks after departure date from our condo

• $20.00 charge each time Maid needs to dry, put away or clean dirty dishes

Payment:

• Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to expected arrival date.
• Payment should be made by Check or Money Order. 
• Please note: Checks take 2 weeks to clear.  If you plan to send a check for final payment, please do so 10 weeks prior to planned arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

• If notice of cancellation is given 8 weeks prior, 50% of deposit will be returned. 
• No Refunds given if notice of cancellation is given within 8 weeks of planned arrival date.
